Library Visits
Clare is experienced running library events for children and their families. These are powerful sessions that involve storytelling, crafting and creating moments of connection, wonder and joy for all ages (Yes, even babes in arms!) With every session, Clare’s goal is to bring books to life and spark a lifelong love of reading.
Festivals
Clare loves all opportunities to work with young readers and their families. Her festival appearances are always fun and interactive. Her sessions are fun, interactive and engaging and it’s a joy to see children getting involved — whether they’re sharing their ideas, getting stuck into a craft, or simply enjoying the magic of stories.
“Having worked with Clare now on a number of events, I can say that it is always a pleasure to invite her to Newton Abbot Library. Clare’s story events are well-organised and well-attended, and we are always confident that the families attending will leave with smiling faces. We know she has the same effect on audiences at other Devon and Torbay libraries also run by Libraries Unlimited. Her creativity and upbeat personality has built her a loyal following among our customers, and we look forward to welcoming her back to the library in the future.”
Bookshop Storytelling and Signings
Clare is available for book signings, storytelling sessions and craft-based workshops, whether in bookshops or supported by bookshops in schools. Clare’s sessions are designed to inspire creativity, spark imaginations and share the joy of books with readers.
